Here’s are a few Custom bios flashing methods i used

WARNING!!!!! Do Not Flash a Bios While Overclocked, always set Stock Settings before Flashing any bios.

How to flash the NF4 Expert Bios Manually with Floppy Disc

1. Download the correct bios for your motherboard from www.DFI.com
2. Download your Modded bios.
3. Download DRDflash this will allow you to make a Bootable Floppy.
4. Run DRDflash.exe with a blank Floppy in your drive, a Bootable Floppy will be created.
5. Copy your Modded bios.BIN to your new Bootable Floppy.
6. Next extract your downloaded DFI Bios to a folder using WinRAR or similar, Copy the AUTOEXEC.BAT file and AWDFLASH.EXE utility to your new Bootable Floppy.

Xp333r

Download the DRDOS 7.0 pure boot file.

Once its downloaded double click on the drdos70.exe file, it will ask you to stick a floppy in the drive do it and click Ok to expand it to your floppy disk.

Next download the bios file you wish to flash too from here.

You only want the Awdflash.exe and the xpr1220 234.bin (or whichever bin file u want).

Next get a Second clean, formatted floppy disk pop it in the drive and right click the Awdflash.exe and the xpr1220 234.bin file (or bin file u downloaded) and choose Copy from the pop up menu. Open explorer and browse to your floppy drive, again right click and choose Paste from the pop up menu. Now you got 2 files we downloaded and Copied & Pasted to the floppy disc. Now to get the 3rd.

Next open up Notepad and Copy this from here    AWDFLASH xpr1220 234.bin /SN /PY /CP /CD /CC /R      Paste it into Notepad. Then choose File/Save As from the drop down menu and type runme.bat in the save as box. Choose to save it to your Floppy drive from the drop down menu at the top. Click Save and a new file will appear in explorer on your floppy disc (Dos box icon with a cog in it).

Cool now you should have 3 files on the second floppy disc. Awdflash.exe, xpr1220 234.bin and Runme.bat.

Remember to edit the line in the Runme.bat file to whichever version of bios u will be using, i.e KK1022 or Xpr1220 234.bin, or whatever file u downloaded.

Restart your pc, enter your bios setup by pressing Delete at the prompt. Scroll down to Advanced Bios Features, using arrow keys, change your first boot device to FLOPPY (if it isn't already). Also change the bios to Flashable in the IWill Smart Settings , insert your 1st DRDOS boot floppy and hit F10 to save your changes and quit from bios setup.

The system will reset itself and the DrDos boot floppy delivers you to the A:\ prompt on your screen, remove the DRDOS boot floppy, insert your 2nd bios flash floppy, type runme, hit the Enter key, and sit back to watch a successful flash to your new bios.

For KK and KK+ users who have the Alt-F2 method of flashing at bootup available to them, this is a rock-steady method of flashing as well. Just pop the three file flash floppy in, restart and set the bios to Flashable, F10 to save & exit and then Alt-F2 at the prompt; runme.bat is the first executable file detected and whammo, You've Got Flash!
